Position Overview

Marketing Coordinator in fast-paced and innovative company providing critical services to the entertainment industry. Member of Marketing/Communications Team responsible for developing and implementing key strategic initiatives designed to communicate company's key differentiators to external and internal audiences.

Essential Functions

  • Support VP-Marketing and Communications in thriving marketing department
  • Drive marketing/communications/advertising activities for corporate as well as key internal "clients"
  • Monitor industry developments
  • Draft/develop collateral and key communications materials from concept to completion
  • Assume day-to-day support responsibilities for selected internal stakeholders
  • Assist in managing external vendors
  • Coordinate elements of business media platform for additional industry presence for both corporate and branded projects
  • Coordinate development of marketing collaterals for internal sales team
  • Perform other duties as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or public relations required
  • 2-3 years relevant professional or intern experience
  • Superior performance on take-home writing test
